I am an editor with an extensive background in equity trading and capital markets. I hold a BA in Economics with a minor in Political Science, multiple certificates from the Canadian Securities Institute and certificates in Professional Editing and Business Writing.

As a trader, I analyze financial data to inform my trading. As an editor, I bring the same skills to analyze written material to improve clarity and logical flow. Pattern recognition is central to my trading and I find this skill is essential in editing.

I am a life-long runner, and I have been a marathon and ultra-marathon runner since 2002. I plan to keep running no matter my age. I recently started taking mountain biking progression lessons, I am an absolute novice but I try my best anyway. I enjoy challenging myself.
